Got my clear sides and installed them. Question: What do I do with the originals? Anyone want them, or should I just save them or what?

Probably ought to save them, I did, just in case the cops decide to inforce DOT regs on side lights.

 

Hold onto them. If you ever sell or trade in your car in the distant future, you can put the original side markers back on the car and sell the clear ones on ebay.

 

I always keep ALL my stock parts
you never know if you may need them later

 

Wire them to your x-mas tree

 

Sell it to the Japanese or the Europeans!
If they want to stand out from the other clear-cornered RX-8s over there, they can get one these cool amber corners :D

Melt them and drip the hot plastic on your lovers hard nipples. :p

really once I get a new front end...if I don't sell it I'll try to get a hold of headlights, and paint the amber sides

then mount the whole thing on the wall and install lights in the headlights hooked up to AC power

makes nice artwork
