I'll be driving mine daily to work. Weekends I'll be going to the occasional auto-x and road track. I bought my FD two years ago for this very reason. One auto-x later I realized if I blew the engine I wasn't going to have a car for about 6 months. As soon as I put 3k miles on the 8 it's off to the races

 

Weekends initially. I'll keep commuting (52 miles R-T) with the RX-7 until it suffers a catastrophic failure. I want to protect the RX-8 from the rush hour idiots as long as possible. Maybe commute with the RX-8 on Fridays since traffic is usually lighter then. And the bonus is the RX-8 will be my pleasure car and get a lower insurance rate. :D

 

Rain car. If it is as good as it seems, it may also be a Race/Summer/Winter car also.

 

Everyday driver and weekend toy, replacing my 10AE Miata that I sold to make way for it.

 

Everyday driving cuz this will be my only car...with that being said, i really doubt i'll be racing it too much since i can't possibly let anything happen to it...i used to beat a lot on my 3000GT until i started hearing those little creaks and clanks that are inaudible to anyone else but me...they're quite annoying to say the least but i just can't drive an imperfect condition used vehicle any longer!

 

This will be my daily driver and maybe a weekend racer. I will pamper it like crazy sooo the racer part is a BIG maybe
