ive heard of alot of little problems with the rx-8, the ac, the m-flash, very low milage ect. My friend is planning on buying an 8, what vin number or production month is the best bet of him getting a better car, thanks

 

anything made in 2004 should be safe.

If you're walking the lots, the driver's door jam shows the build date.

 

I just got mine 2 days ago, while i was on the lot i noticed it was made dec 03. is that bad? since it took them so long to get rid of it?

 

I bought mine 3 months ago, it too was made in Dec. I have had no issues with it, so I think we're safe. I just tell people to stick with 2004 because it's easy to remember, and anything older has been on the lot for a while....

I had a hard time finding a combo of GT and Navi, with nothing else...
