Wsup guys im a new owner and was wondering if it would matter if I replaced my flywheel with the MS one before or after changing the tranny & diff fluids? Im not planning on doing either of which until after my first oil change, which I have decided to do on the 3k mile mark. I appreciate everyones input.

Wouldn't it prudent to change the trans/diff oil anyways when you upgrade the flywheel? It's not expensive, especially when compared to a $600 flywheel.

Maybe I am misunderstanding the question.

 

Now that I look back, I wish I had changed my trans fluid while it was removed during the flywheel swap. I am sure it isn't easy to fill while the trans is bolted on the engine. I kept the driveshaft in the trans so it wouldn't leak on my driveway. Darn!!
