RMRX8C MEET Group Hotel Info
Hi Folks -
We have arranged a group rate of $69 per night (as opposed to $99/nt) at the hotel listed below, and have blocked out a group of 15 rooms at this rate. When you call to book your room, be sure to tell them you are with the Rocky Mountain RX-8 Club to get this rate. Group Confirmation Number is G00017-25.

It is each individual's responsibility to book their own room and guarantee it with your own credit card.
While we have blocked the rooms at the group rate, you MUST make your reservation NO LATER THAN Tuesday 6/1/04 or the rate (and maybe the room) will no longer available, as that's the day we release any rooms not yet reserved within the block.
This is a nice property, with mini-suites that have high speed internet access (bring your laptops so you can get online!) kitchenettes with coffee makers, refrigerators, microwave, plates (etc) and a separate lounge area with a love seat and chair. It's located within walking distance of one of Denver's main malls, and there is a gagillion restaurants very close by. I've attached a flyer with additional info.
The hotel is also in a safe area, and they have arranged for the Arapahoe County Sheriff's department to make extra patrols in the area to keep an eye on our cars. This should be plenty, but if you would like us to hire additional security (and you're willing to pay for it) let me know.

Anyone interested in spitting a room with yours truely? It'll cut the cost for both parties and save me more gas $. I'd like to get the room for Fri, Sat, and possibly Sun. Any takers? Let me know. This could turn out to be the deciding factor if I can make the event or not. I figure I'll end up spending about $360 total in gas for the weekend so any $ I can save will help out tremendously.
