First rebuild questions

Hello everyone,

I am currently taking apart my 13B-MSP for a rebuild on my own since I really, really want to learn to do that solo but I do have some questions.
There's a dent on my plate, the one that's near the flywheel:

Then there these strange rust marks on the other plate:

Finally, my housings have lost their coating and passing my finger through them, I feel like they have little marks:

Should I be worried at all from any of this? It was running well so I feel like I'm overthinking it, and obviously it's not a brand new engine so I am kinda excepting these kind of stuff but what I don't know at all, coming from cylinder engines, is whether any of this is important or not if I want to get another 100k km of range out of this engine.
Thank you very much for any help.

The picture quality isn't great, but those housings look toast. The washboard grooves you feel with your finger will be speedbumps for the new apex seals, and as you can imagine the vibration will not do them any favours, or seal particularly well. You will not get 100k more from them.
Not sure what's up with that dent. What is the history of the engine? Why the rebuild?

Damn, do I need to take those housings to a machinist? Or they're toast beyond repair and I should buy another pair of housings?

Well, long story short is, my original engine got cooked like litterally because of a serious coolant leak so I donated it to a mechanic school and bought one labelled running from a local scrapyard, this is the one. As to why I am rebuilding it, I kinda wanted to make sure I didn't put a cooked engine in my RX8 lol so I wanted to take a closer look.

Should I also take the plate to a machinist?

i would buy new or good quality housings from a know rotary shop (new is better) the irons can be resurfaced/plated depending on the wear but if they are gouged up replacing them is the smart play

I found a website, Nengun, which does deliver housings to my country so that's a plus.
I bought both housing and a back plate but I discovered a scratch on the front plate too? At almost the same place? Which is really, really weird?
Rotors seems okay but these dent thing really bugs me. I may buy a front plate too but I have some leftover parts from my burnt 13B which do still have the front plate. If there's no dent, is it safe to use it even if it took 150°C of heat?
