Hi,

I've owned my RX8 for about 2 years now. This year I began competing in autocross with pretty good results. My only problem is that, with a helmet, I do not fit in the car (I'm about 6'1 and 200lbs with a 34 waist) I have already tried the seat bracket mod and although it did help, I still find myself sitting in an awkward position so I'm ready to commit to bucket seats.

It's very hard to find information on what seats will fit in these cars without any sort of modification so I'm hoping someone here can help me out. I was looking at the Buddy Club P1 wide with their super low rails but I'm obviously unsure if that would fit.

I have the buddy club rails with pole positions.

Im 5'9" and my helmet sits RIGHT UP against the headliner.

I think with your height its going to be a real tough one unless you fab something custom as far as rails go.
