Hello everyone,
Bought a series 2 (09 model) a couple of months back and loving it so far. I'm kind of long waisted and I'm struggling with head room.

Of course I've got the seat all the way down but my hair still brushes the headliner unless I wear a hat.

My question: Is anyone aware of any kind of modification that can be made to the seat rails or any other suggestions that can lower the seat-short of changing the seats out which I don't want to do.

There's a DIY here somewhere for lower the seat pan about half an inch which might make the difference. I had to do that to be able to wear a helmet. You rebolt the seat pan under, rather than over the seat structure. Something like that.

Unless you have an R3 with the Recaros.
