where to get a new credit card key

the previous owner of my 8 lost both of my credit card keys. i got both of the valet/emergency keys that pull out of them but i want to have the fob and keyless entry back. the dealer wants $500 just for the key itself without programming. what is the best place to get them? i have seen the ebay listings but am wondering if i can get some recommendations from people who have actually bought one. also, can i get a locksmith to program it or do i have to go to the dealer?

I found a good deal on the cards (key blade is sold separately) out of the UAE, I believe (somewhere in the middle east at least)*. I believe the best deal I was able to find on the key blade was out of Japan. My local locksmith was able to program the key no problem. All in, the whole assembly cost me less, including shipping, than buying the card/blade/programming through any dealer.

*I can't find the receipts in my inbox, but if you post the part numbers, that'll give me something more specific to search for.
