Basically sometimes when I press the clutch it stays stuck to the floor for about 3-10 seconds, then it acts like normal. Sometimes when I put the car in gear, it'll stall if I let go of the clutch, but it won't drive, it'll act as if it's in neutral. This seems to only happen on first gear or reverse but I have no clue what's going on, please help.

 

I’ll start by checking the clutch fluid level and if is at level and good condition try to bleed it. Sound like there air on the system or low fluid but is possible the clutch master cylinder is starting to failed.
