ZEX Nitrous install

Here is a few picture of my installation of the ZEX Nitrous kit.

I shared the 3D design model on Thingiverse and the electrical design on GitHub.

Thumbs up

I used your files for 3d printing, however instead of doing the pcb I find it more convenient to
use the switches with relay as the less electric makes the system easier and less prone to fail.

On OG design bezel diameter is very small and most gauges wont fit, Autometer gauges are not able to source in other parts of words with a reasonable price.
Actually I did purchase the very same gauge on amazon international which never showed up and had to be refunded.

Finally I went with " AEM 30-0301 X-Seriesl Pressure Gauge" with face kit "AEM 30-0301-ACC."
for rest of controler I use "Innovate 3893 PSN-1 PowerSafe Nitrous Bottle Pressure Gauge"

which is the way to go if you you ask me as it will cut nitrous if the pressure dropped or lambda getting off, all programmable on a laptop.

if any one looking for latch keys :
Arcolectric H8350ABAAA Push SwitchOn/Off
Arcolectric H8351ABAAA - SWITCH, DPST, MOM

Anywhere over 45hp, you need to retarded ignition, no need to point out the other flimsy parts of the engine.

Many cheap/ cheaper nitrous systems are on the market, and I have considered them in my purchase process.
The UK mean seller didn't answer my email, on the phone refused to sell, referred me to someone else for another brand, and the other rotary expert promised 2-3 weeks which was never delivered.
I got lucky when I found ZEX-82220 on FB market which is the #82021 with an extra fule feed adaptor for a bargain price.

I have to say the ZEX is almost dead as it goes to sourcing parts, or at least in the UK.

The major flaw with many kits is the lack of a " smart controller ", for example, el chipo kits use mechanical WOT switches or as ZEX use feedback from the throttle body harness, hence I
utilise two-factor controller "AEM 30-0301 X-Seriesl Pressure Gauge" for fuel ratio and "Innovate 3893 PSN-1 PowerSafe" for line pressure.

PS, there is a thing on ZEX that they have "
Fuel Shear Technology™" which I do not have any idea how far it could be effective ?
