Although my car is an S2, the principles of my idea to fit a floating screen aftermarket stereo head unit into the dash above the info display also apply to S1 cars, so I though I’d post a link here to see if S1 owners have thoughts on it and to provide a link for any S1 owners who want a way round the air con control problems (by leaving the HU in place) andmay later get the same idea or may not otherwise look in the S2 section.
