weird mark on inside of wheel?!?!

weird mark on inside of wheel?!?!

anyone else see these inside the wheel? i had 2 wheels off today and both had them...weird?

just looks like a water drip or something, but didnt come off.

It looks like the mark that was left when the wheel hit the brake caliper/rotor when you pulled them off!
