No power, deep growl to it misfiring

So it goes and would appreciate if ya could help I was driving and i come to a halt and my car just starts to misfire and running really bad and so I shut it off and start it if fine i go maybe 10 feet and again misfiring really bad no power i let it sit magically I get home and start it and is fine but 20 sec pass same thing. It has a very low grumble, growl to it .
code p0410, p0302 misfire cyl 2 or sec rotor, lean code as well
Ive read it might be the actuators or valves of the intake
I took apart my intake cause **** it and it seems one of the actuators seems slow or clunky to it compared to the others ones also more rusty and old idk guys would love if ya could help 👽

Usually misfires are related to ignition system which is what I typically check first. Know the last time you changed plugs, wires and coils? It could be intake as well but ignition system my first thought.

Which actuator is the one that seems slow?
I agree with Cayman, you don't have any intake valve codes, but you do have misfire codes which are very often ignition related.
The lean code could also be that you have a hole somewhere in the intake, either a disconnected hose, a broken hose or a poorly designed aftermarket intake.
