Recaro parts besides plastic retainers

I am in need of a bushing for the drivers seat that the seat back adjusting bar goes into. Has anyone every ordered parts besides the typical plastic retainers? I reached out to Mazda, and to Recaro, they pointed fingers at eachother but no luck.

I ran into the same issue and couldn't find a replacement part. The seat bottom and seat back bolt right up to a standard rx8 seat frame so I just swapped them over.

Got pictures and dimensions on it? I could whip up a drawing in fusion, make a .STL and you can 3D print it. If you don't have a 3D printer, there's usually places locally that'll let you print on one of their machines for a small fee.

Mazda will never sell you that. They’re going to want you to buy the whole 88-61X assembly

Got a picture of it? Might make more sense to whip one up in a small lathe using a superior material like Rulon or something.

TeamRX8 is correct. If the bushing is part of that assembly you would need to buy the whole assembly. I am sure you can make your own bushing as Stubbs recommended or buy a similar bushing form a hardware supplier and adapt it to fit. Ultimately it might be easiest just to put in a used seat rail as Tayler recommended.
