Have a race car I want to stick a plate on for simple stuff like driving to alignment shop ect.

I can register it in Jackson county for no emissions but its a salvage title from SC so I need a cop to sign a T22B form. Would be happy to donate to his favourite charity.

Or I have a cop friend in Dekalb that could sign off on it but then I would need someone to pass the emissions. Which it won't...

Any help would be great.
