Does anyone have an electronic copy of the installation instructions they could send me? The link on the website is dead. I'll email them next week but I'd like to get it done this weekend.

I could scan the instructions to PDF if you still need them. They might be a bit oily/dirty from when I installed them. Or you could send Sake Garage an email. They seem to be pretty helpful!
