Unhappy Water in Spark plug

Hi, my car is taking long to start over the past 2 weeks. I took it to a mechanic, he checked the spark plug and noticed there is water inside when he pulled it out. Actually just a little bit. When he disconnected that plug, the car started fine. once he put it back in, it takes long again. He told me the gasket is faulty so need a new one.
He got one for me but I dont really trust him. I have no idea what the gasket on an 8 looks like. So I just wanna know if the one he got me is really for my car.

Is this a gasket for RX-8?

Has this mechanic worked on rotaries before? If no, run, don't walk, to someone who has. Was it definitely water or possibly gas? Have you had the cooling system pressure tested? Which spark plug was it? Rotor 1 or rotor 2? Leading or trailing?
