PA Power steering

My steering seems to get hard to turn briefly while decelating. I found the dyi steps but I have one stupid question and did not see it in the steps. How are you supposed to apply the die-electric grease? Are you supposed to put on the pins or around the edges so it does not come in contact with pins? I am assuming the later.

You can put it on the contacts, it's not a conductor. Slide the connectors in and out a few times so the pins wear through the grease to make contact. And don't smother it, a light application is plenty.

I use to have this problem my steering wheel use to get hard and the light on the dash coming out i had to drive with the hard steering a few times. So i started by checking the abs plugs on the front suspension and also i was actually looking for the steering bottle to check the oil lol never found one since it doesnt have one. Well at last i had to research on google and i found where the plug goes i took off the air cleaner box to get to the plug and i unpluged the plug and did it over a few times and never got the steering wheel problem again.
