I'm looking for someone that is, or directly knows, an attorney in CA (Los Angeles preferred as the court house in question is Van Nuys) to discuss a problem my sister is having with filing a document with the court system where the clerk is rejecting the document for inaccurate reasons, and there is documented proof that the clerk is in error.
