Clutch Problems

I can't find anyone on the web or these forums with my problem and its stressing. So help me under stand this. So my clutch pedal is on the floor, there no pressure. It happened out of no where in the middle of driving down the road going from 2nd to 3rd the clutch pedal wouldn't come back out and i couldn't shift. I tried bleeding the clutch when i got home and nothing. Later that week I got new master clutch cylinder and slave in and tried bleeding it for like 2 hours. Still nothing. No Pressure built. After taking it to two "mechanic shops" and loss of money, the problem is still there. 1 of them suggested that there was no pressure is able to be built up in the system because auto zone parts were cheap quality, so i returned the one i got and got another one from auto zone and still nothing different after bleeding. I don't think i can get 2 bad parts in a row so I started thinking maybe its something else. No there aren't any leaks that were visible from the out side. I got tired of spending useless money so i just took it to the dealer to find out what exactly is wrong. atleast that way you get a moneys worth. After the diagnostics they told me its the clutch assembly and how it would be 1670$. If that is what i need then ill just buy it my self and install it. An EXEDY OEM replacement cost around 330$. Can some one explain how a new assembly would put pressure in the system? Just want to make sure this purchase will get my car moving again.

UPDATE: I picked up the car from the mazda dealership and they said to even start the car moving i would need the whole nw clutch assembly, long story short, towing the car from the pull hooks got annoying so i decided to just drive it in first gear all the way back and keep turning the car on and off at the light but mid ways though i figured "well i need a new assembly anyways so I'm just gonna force the gears in" we pulled over, took the hooks off. With the car on and the clutch with no pressure i managed to go into first, then i attempted to put in second who driving down the road but it grind'd little and the car started stuttering a lot like when your first learning and i realized by the smell that i was burning the clutch. Then like magic the pedal came all the way up with pressure! i was able to drive home safely and engage gears smoothly but the clutch pedal is very soft and you can feel the vibration while pushing down until it gets to the bottom part where it does actually engaging. Any ideas?

I guess there's enough dot brake fluid

Also, make sure that both the slave and master cylinders rods are well installed to the clutch pedal and the clutch fork...

Btw bleeding shouldnt take more than 10 minutes.

Have you inspected the clutch pedal bracket? It's a common point of failure on our cars.

Sounds like it might be the pressure plate if your sure it's not the pedal bracket.

Yeah that exedy oem replacement is all you need unless your going turbo. No other clutches make a differance and some aftermarket are worse. Just replace everything. Pressure plate, pilot bearing, throw out bearing, and clutch plate.
