Need an engine rebuild in Durham, NC.

Hey guys, I'm looking for someone to rebuild the engine in my 2005 RX8 that is near the Triangle area if possible. My local Mazda dealer wants to charge me $6600 for a new engine.

I think there are a few good guys in the area (couple hundred miles). Check Rotary Ressurection. I think they are west of you, ish.

Pull the engine and ship it to Rob @ Pineapple Racing in Oregon. You won't regret it.

Did you find a shop to build your engine? I know this is older, but Michael Edwards is one of the few I would trust with a rene rebuild and he is in the Raleigh/Durham area.
