Sounds like classic low compression, so it's probably a botched rebuild then. Who did the work? What all did they replace?

How did you test the compression?

You have a completely brand new engine? every single part of the engine was replaced with brand new?

I'm not trying to be beligerant, but you have the symptoms of compression and botching a rebuild is a lot easier than most think.

You should probably get the compression checked at a dealer.

My buddy was having the same problem. The guy that rebuilt it didn't do a good job as it turns out.
