Whats up guys,
I am in the constant search to finish the mazdaspeed kit for my velocity red 8. I found the wing and rear diffuser from two members here to which I am thankful, the diffuser is new. I am looking for the front bumper and skirts if anyone has them available. I recently took a trip to El Paso and saw a velocity red rx8 with the full kit at the walmart next to cielo vista mall. If the owner is active here and wants to make a deal pm me please!! Above all, I don't mind where it come from I can pay shipping so let me know guys! Help me out!!

 

What kind of rims did that car have and was in damn near perfect? I think I know the owner and if it is him, he would never sell. Good luck finding what you need, I just finished mine by purchasing a brand new rear from a member in Austin. I do have a backup front bumper but I would never part with it.

 

Let me find out the name of the rims on that car... I haven't seen them on an 8 local to me ever. Yes the kit looks in good condition and had New Mexico plates. I left a note hoping to maybe hear back... We will see

 

They are like the rims posted up back in 2012 by "Frankdux vs chunli" under aftermarket rims, I wonder if it's him? Lol

i have the front and finally am getting sideskirts. i want to find the spoiler but i dont like the rear. i think im gunna go with the racing beat rear accents.

oh damn! looks better than i had imagined! the only other thing i would have done differently would be r3 sideskirts instead of mazdaspeed

Finally found the front bumper! If anyone has the side skirts and is selling let me know! Man it's been a mother trying to find these parts but I'm almost there!

Thanks man, actually that business website is out of commission and has been for a while. You won't find any of these kits new anymore, and unless someone has a new kit stashed somewhere you will only have luck when someone gives up their own used one. I actually have almost all the kit minus the side skirts (to which I want to go r3) and the front bumper I obtained from a pleasant fellow here on the forum. The bumper was damaged but I was able to fix it with proper metton repair epoxy and now is waiting for the skirts to paint every piece velocity red as per my car. Everyone I have dealt with regarding the pieces has been excellent to work with and deals where made before anyone else picked them up. You might have luck posting your thread on the for sale/want to buy section so people can offer these pieces to you if they part with them... Good luck!

 

Yeah all I was missing was the rear and I just bought it off a guy in Austin who had it sitting in his garage brand new in the box, he never got around to installing it.

 

Looks great! I actually got mine new as well with all the 3m bits and pieces :-) the spoiler is used and so is the front bumper but I believe I can make it look good. Anyway I'm in need of the r3 skirts to finish the appearance of my car, hopefully I can find some. Back to the rest of my build I go!

 

I have a white set of (used) skirts available if you're interested in repainting.
