msp16 maps

Anyone have these ? Mine was never updated to this flash. I figure it wouldbe a good starting point

Seriously? You need the dealer WDS system to update the ECU with an OEM flash.

Yeah, it's a dealer flash, not an aftermarket "map". Go see a dealer to see if you have the update, and get it if not. You will pay for it if you are out of the powertrain warranty (5yr 60k), the engine warranty (8yr 100k) doesn't cover it.

I understand it's a dealer flash. But someone with a unlocked ecu, via cobb or mazdaedit. Will have the maps as there stock read. Mine wasn't flashed and the Mazda dealer wanted $275 for the flash. Since I have mazdaedit, I could edit my maps to match.

You are making a pretty big assumption that the changes Mazda made are entirely contained within the accessible "maps". I have a strong suspicion that those changes aren't only within the maps.
