2004 RX8, sick engine, have to give up my project, neck/back injury
Rx8 for sale, 2004 129,000 miles approximately, Titanium gray. Before getting the wheels in motion literally and figuratively they got knocked off by some ignorant and inconsiderate driver who rear ended me while texting while I was at work in my work truck not the car and injured my back and neck, so now surgery is needed and car projects are not. I had intended to build a race car out of the Titanium chassis, both chassis are straight.
The gray has 129,292 miles on it, a new $350 stainless, blue tipped, twin cat back exhaust with about 20 hours run time on it, combined with air box plenum changes has a very throaty sound, a new lower front splitter, new coils, wires, new plugs, under tray, the interior is in decent condition but no power seats, a few dents and dings. What I can't do unfortunately, in spite of it being worth a whole lot more that way, is sell it piece by piece, I'm in no condition to be disassembling anymore than assembling and it will devalue the entire car package leaving me with nothing more than a chassis which would have been ok with my original plans but now................ Not so much.
The gray does need a second gear syncro, wise to put in a new clutch and definitely throw out bearing, good up shift, poor downshift.
I'm in central Fl. , Orlando to be more precise, I'm asking $3000 ONO for the gray but don't have much wiggle room on price as it still has finance and balance besides it's already priced low, same for the silver. The car is financed and needs to be paid off first before title is provided. Pm me or email..
Forgot to mention that I also have the spare tire package available to go with the car. Bonus as it were..
