Ipod question 2005 to 2010

Saturday I traded my beloved crystal white RX8 2005 on a 2010 sparkling black mica RX8 with 6700 miles. I had the 2005 since new and I will miss her, but I could not pass up the lower miles 2010. I installed the Mazda ipod kit in my old car...which one should I install in my new one. Thanks in advance. I searched forum for two days and can't find a lot on Series II.

No..not me. I had my 2005 since July of 2005. Went to l
"just look" at the 2010 and ended up trading for it on Saturday. I only hope the 2010 will be as reliable as the 2005. Thanks for the link. I already read it. I just wanted some options. guess I will go with the mazda unit.

Well after reading entire post ...it is me. My 2005 RX 8 was taken care of. Oil changed every 3,000 miles. I had a lot of help fixing small things myself, due to the help of this great site. funny..I am watching the Godfather as I type.

Small world - I was the one who talked to you at Cochran. Good luck with that new 8 - very nice. I did check out your car while you were signing papers in the dealership - looked nice too!
