Question uninstall front rotary accent

hi guys,

i have the front rotary accent installed on my 8, and i just ordered the front air dam few days ago.
So i have to take the front rotary accent out before installing the front air dam.
my question is: how easy to take it out without breaking anything???

JY-8:

I just installed my front rotary accent this past Sat. The thing to watch out for is removing those 2 little push screws that help hold the accent in place. I would remove both screws in the rear upper corners of the accent. I would then use a hairdryer to heat the accent to soften up the double-sided tape and then just pull the accent off. Cleanup the leftover sticky stuff from the tape with goo-gone and you should be good to go.

Not sure if those 2 push screws are really necessary to hold the accent in place, but if they break, you still have the double-sided tape to hold it in place. Hope this helps...
