Not really a new member here, but I lost my old account and access to the email it was linked to. my RX-8 was wrecked a few years ago and I am starting to rebuild it.

No it is not fully fixed yet, I had the front fixed up but there is still a bit of work to do. I will try to post pics later

Off at the track?

 

Yea, my brother and I took my dad for a DE event for his birthday, near the end of the first day, he got a late point on a pass, tried to stay on race line instead of slowing down and taking an alternate line, went off track, never spun, slid about 1000m into a random ditch that was just chilling there.

Now he has a good story at safety meetings at his office. I even framed a picture of him racing, with the emblem from the steering wheel, that he keeps in his office.
