Purchased his lightweight flywheel, factory exedy clutch, ATC counterweight, and motor mounts. Received all items aside from the motor mounts extremely quickly.

Issues with the motor mounts were do to a CNC shop oversight. Charles kept me (and other purchasers) informed as to each step of the process, and received them exactly when stated, about a week later.

Great guy, great company to work with.

Had a coil go bad on my BHR ignition after at least 1 year of use. Sent the kit back to Charles and had it back about a week later. Great customer service.

 

Aside from purchases (and don't get me wrong, he excels in customer service from the purchases I made), but +1 to a guy that goes out of his way to answer questions (however stupid and nonsensical they could have been during my learning days heh) with poise and in a way that the layman can understand.
