Purchased his lightweight flywheel, factory exedy clutch, ATC counterweight, and motor mounts. Received all items aside from the motor mounts extremely quickly.

Issues with the motor mounts were do to a CNC shop oversight. Charles kept me (and other purchasers) informed as to each step of the process, and received them exactly when stated, about a week later.

Great guy, great company to work with.

Had a coil go bad on my BHR ignition after at least 1 year of use. Sent the kit back to Charles and had it back about a week later. Great customer service.

Aside from purchases (and don't get me wrong, he excels in customer service from the purchases I made), but +1 to a guy that goes out of his way to answer questions (however stupid and nonsensical they could have been during my learning days heh) with poise and in a way that the layman can understand.

Absolutely. Quite a wealth of knowledge, and an invaluable resource. I appreciate his willingness to help consumers make educated purchasing decisions, as well as figure out specifics about the platform.

You really can't go wrong here. Great person and company to do business with. I look forward to many more years of product development and service provided by Charles.

I love how there are so many "Good Guy: Chalres/Ray/BHR/etc" threads. Wouldn't 1 suffice?

That said, he is the man! I've ordered some parts from Charles and I will be ordering more, shortly!
