Stealership says the 8 needs a new clutch and I'm inclined to agree. I'm looking for a nice aftermarket or stock, new is preferred but lightly used (<10k mi) would be fine too.

Your best bet: Exedy Factory RX-8 Clutch | Black Halo Racing

I wouldn't trust a used clutch at all, and that is one of the lowest prices for the OEM clutch around. Aftermarket clutches won't gain you anything and several of them have quality problems (including Exedy Stage1). Also around half the price of the dealer's parts.

either BHR or Mazmart are good choices for new, but here's a good used one for $80

I have been running Centerforce DFX for several years on the 8 and highly recommend it. Holding power increases with rpms and it is not too grabby. Feels close to stock with more potential holding power.
