so i got in a fender bender. my front wheel well splash guard got pulled inbetween my rim and their car. the plastic rubbed off on a couple spokes pretty good.
car is repaired now. just want to figure this out without having to possibly buy a new wheel or painting/plastidipping.

any advice on cleaning it off without ruining the wheel?
