WA Buzzing in 4th and 5th

Hello, I bought my 8 about a month ago, and before I go any further I actually READ before I post. I dont want to be the exact guy who you explained in the newbies thread that just asks questions expecting answers.

So I looked around the troubleshooting thread for series 1 RX-8s and I couldn't find anything like this. I might have missed it though, so please if I just missed it and someone knows there is a thread out there, just tell me and ill either look harder or follow a link and READ instead of ask.

I had my car checked by my mechanic when I bought it. I had everything checked, full inspection, and everything looks great. He said my compression is great and whoever have my car last took great care of it and I have nothing to worry about. However, my 5th gear buzzes. It doesn't really grind, it buzzes. Like a "BZZT!!" sound when it put it in gear, at any rpm. However, if I just wait a second, and make my shift into 5th a little longer, wait to put it in instead of going right into gear it doesn't buzz at all and is fine. It sounds like my shifter is vibrating between the walls (or whatever you call them im still learning) between 3rd and 5th. My 4rth gear also makes this buzzing sound occasionally, but only at high RPM's (above 5500) when I'm really pushing my car and having some fun. But this is still inconsistent and only happens occasionally, but will only happen above the 5500 RPM mark. I did have my mechanic check the gear box as well when I bought my car and he didn't say anything about it, but it still concerns me and I thought I should ask.

The newbies thread said I should post any work done on my car recently even if I dont think its relevant, so I had an oil change done pretty recently, and they re-realigned my front and rear tires. I had a tiny windshield crack filled and repaired. I had the inspection done which was a full inspection (non of that "to save money I only had them check blank" crap) so they checked EVERYTHING, or at least they were supposed too. Thank you for any help! You guys are awesome, I find my self just reading on this forum all the time
