Going to have my hood + roof repainted as the clearcoat's peeling off.
Quoted $500 cash to do both.
2 front fenders would be another $400.
Is that a good price or not? Been shopping around locally and that's pretty much the best deal I could get.

are they taking the car apart or just taping the panels off an painting?

if they are just taping them off its about right,

if they are taking it all apart.

IE: taking front cover off, headlamps, fender liners, dropping rocker moldings, removing side marker lights, removeing roof moldings etc etc, then seems a little low in price but not far off..

but def have them take the car apart and not just tape it off as you will have issues with paint peeling and a lot more dirt in paint that way
