Potentially Buying 2006 RX8 Shinka need input

Hey everyone, new to the forum (hoping to stick around) and just wanted to see what everyone's input is on this RX8 I'm hoping to purchase.

Potentially buying a Black 2006 Mazda RX8 Shinka 6-speed through a local dealership, asking price is $10,400. The vehicle has 37,000 miles on it, and is still under the 8yr/100,000 warranty. The vehicle had the engine (short block) replaced under warranty last month at 36,500 miles and it was done at the dealership. The vehicle is driven by the manager hence the mileage added since the engine change. The vehicle has a clean title and clean carfax. Test drove the vehicle and it ran smooth and didn’t seem to have any issues. Let me know if you guys think this is a good deal! Let me know if you need additional information.

Features:
-Shinka edition (verified through VIN number)
-Heated leather seats
-Sunroof
-Bose system
-Wood trim paneling (not a fan)

Added parts:
-K&N intake

Flaws:
-There is minor cosmetic damage
front end and rear end, looks like the previous owner bumped into something, looks like a easy fix
few minor dings through out the vehicle
-one of the rims has curb rash
-left tail light has moisture

Luckily, the "wood trim" is just stickers that a previous owner bought off of some idiot on the internet who seems to think every car on the planet would be better with fake "wood trim" accents.

Just rip 'em off, and clean up the glue residue, and all will be fine.

BC.

Unfortunately they aren't just stickers... I wish they were. It's actual trim pieces.

Besides the wood trim, is this a good deal?

all the features are standard and if its a full k&n intake then your better of buying a stock 1 with a filter. Go get a compression check and if hes willing to go lower then sure but damn that wood is fugly

He said he is pretty firm on the price as it's already below the bluebook value. What would you suggest as a good offer?
