Local guy here in DFW is having an engine built. He is in need of an OE flywheel to swap out with his aftermarket clutch and flywheel so that they can be sent for the balancing process. I contributed a used OE clutch to get him by until the new engine shows up and was wondering if anyone else may have an OE flywheel for him to borrow until then as well.

Apparently he already asked around some and nobody offered anything up, which was surprising to me.

If I was asking for myself I could maybe understand getting the cold shoulder

PartsGroup only asks $25 for a new takeoff OE flywheel, but they were currently sold out

Still not local. I'm currently working in Detroit during the week.

I don't know, maybe Detroit would be easier to ship from .... <shrug>

 

Got one in Florida. Thing weighs a ton. Not sure what it would take to ship.

If I had seen this last week, might have been able to send it out with one of my guys, that would have at least gotten it to Houston.
