awesome welcome to the club.

 

managed to pick up some rota grid wheels for a bargain so threw them on wrapped in advan sport, defs in need of some coilovers i think (no money yet ) but heres some pics guys.

she is sadly,im quite set on getting a fd guys! but we will see if theres any buyers genuinely interested if not i will carry out what i had set out to do from the beginning (getting it very low )

 

I'm from Auckland. Very new to this and trying to find my way around the forums. Hope this reply works.

 

Oh and oops, my car... it's still standard and I don't wish to do anything to it other than get a boot spoiler and some decent rims! I joined this forum to try and learn a little more about the car I'm driving... ahem and being female doesn't exactly help!

 

Well there are plenty of people on this forum who have lots of knowledge regarding these cars, so don't be afraid to ask questions, but be aware that there is a lot of info already on this forum, so have a good look around.
Also good to here that more females are getting into these cars.

I'm in Hamilton also so have probably spotted you around town.

Oil I generally use is synthetic 5w-40 by the way - available at BNT, Repco or Supercheap.

 

Hey Brettus!! I got an 04 grey one. Haven't done any mods yet,my 8 is still as it is since i bought it from the dealer. I haven't met anyone yet with an 8 here in hamilton although i see some which makes me just want to chase that person and talk to him about our cars.haha! BTW,thanks for the welcome..

Is your car the one that's park always at te rapa road? on the way to the base because i always see a blue rx8 there.

 

Nope, I work and park just around the corner from the **** and Bull, I do drive down Te Rapa Road daily though
