New house

I closed on my new house on 1 August. I love having a two car garage. So far I have wax all three car and I did my daughter front brakes on her's sx4 awd this pass weekend. Its an three bedroom with two car garage, and am renting out my condo wish with any luck will be my daughter condo. In a couple of years!!!

Life is good!!!

This morning I got my new garage door opener install. This new genie silent belt drive are great. in the afternoon I wash all four car. Now I just finish having dinner with the wife!!!
