I've gleaned enough information from a few threads here to know that this particular vendor may have a less than stellar track record in the past. I don't know, I wasn't around/involved. That said...

I recently purchased an aluminum undertray from Scott because it was half the price of the other one on the market (GTSpec). My experience was great. Some will say lucky me. He followed up during and after the sale to make sure I was happy with the product. The price was right. The part fit as it should and he shipped it the day after I ordered it at 8pm one evening.

So, again, I can't speak to any problems that have existed in the past, but for this one transaction he performed without a problem. I'd buy from him again if he had a part I needed. *shrugs*
