Sad day for the GNO area

Keith at Ray Brandt is leaving us. His last day is 8/22/12.

I posted this because Keith has always given me excellent service. He has made sure every warranty claim was honored.

Keith has made sure that Ray Brandt's service department always delivered excellent service and perfect repairs. While his mechanics (Brent...thanks for doing a great job...if Keith's replacement is 1/4 as good as Keith, you will be working on my car because you have done such a great job on both my S1 and S2) are obviously competent, Keith has verified the mechanic's work was perfect. If you want someone who manages the service department, Keith is that person...a professional.

The GNO area car dealership industry is losing an extremely valuable service asset and it makes me sad. Keith was really the standard for how customers should be treated.

Thank you, Keith, for being so awesome that I felt the need to post this.

Never been to that dealer, but I would defiantly stay clear of perritti Mazda... Over charging bastards...
Wanted to charge me +300 for a compression test.
Barker Mazda in Houma did a compression test and full diagnosis for 147 out the door.

I got into a verbal altercation with the manager at Paretti for their service, which was terrible, he flat out told me that there were other places to get service and would kindly appreciate it if I did so., please dont twist my arm!!...I went to Ray Brandt and the difference was like night and day and it was all due to Keith.
Im sad to hear the news since he was always professional, and always did his best to help out. When i told him i could find way lower prices on a lot of parts he did his absolute best to match them and damn near did. I was just there for an oil change and wish i had read this, i would have wished him luck and thanked him for his commitment to service and all his help and advice
