What are your thoughts regarding brakes for the 8??
One of my pals owns a 350Z, he just put all new rotors and painted the calipers also. He got cross-drilled and slotted, vented OEM replacment rotors for his Z. The other thing he did was "fix the calipers." We sanded them at my dad's shop, then we sand-blasted them. This made everything super smooth. We then painted them with red caliper paint, and it looks amazing now. It looks like a Brembo setup, the calipers are so smooth.
All of this for $300! I didn't mention that the guy who owns the Z races Vipers for a race team. I was wondering how much of a pain in the butt this would be, and also; how much work would it be to upgrade rotors to maybee a 14" rotor up front, and 13" in the rear? I know this is too much brake for the car, but I am about looks & that looks better. Also, I know that 19's might be needed. Money is not an issue, because we get everything at cost.

I'm talking to this guy from Brakesrus.com regarding EBC stuff. He said EBC is working to release the Green Stuff and Red Stuff sometime late April or May (he'll keep me posted). Also, EBC has plans to release slotted rotors. In all, it'll be around $200 for the pads (front and rear), and about $350-$400 for the rotors.
He won't take any orders right now because he doesn't know when the products will be released.
