PA Inspection - failed emmisions due to cleared computer...
I want to make sure when I go back next Saturday this won't happen again.
On Tuesday the 28th I flashed the 4.0.2 stage of MM's tune with my AccessPort and I've been driving around since then. 40 miles round trip to work and back.
I just got back from my dealer who said I passed everything but the emmisions because my computer was cleared. They said to drive it around for a few days and come back next Saturday and it should be fine.
Was the 4 days since I flashed the MM tune not enough time for an inspection to pass? If I uninstall my AP, I'm going to get a CEL for the secondary 02 sensor.
Any input?

don't uninstall your map... it'll reset the ecu again and you'll just have to wait that much longer. There are a couple registers the PA emissions computers check... cycles since last reset I think is the one that flags you bad.... although I don't know what value they're looking for.
Two weeks (with daily drive cycles) should be plenty of time to build up enough OBD data to pass without issue. I've passed emissions 4 times with my cobb map installed.

That's a bit of a hike just to see, lol. Thanks though!
idle it for 10 minutes, drive slow with speed from 0-35 for 15 minutes, then cruise around hwy with 55 or so for another 15 minutes. shut the car off for 2-3 hours. that's usually 1 drive cycle.
then just repeat it couple of times. u should get it.
the computer just need to build trim and do some emission check (the pressure inside the tank for example)
