Parking/Turn Signal rewire?

I'm wondering if its been done or even possible to rewire the parking lights and the turn signal lights so that they are reversed. So basically, the parking lights would be the turn signal and the turn signal would then be the parking/running lights. Is this possible for just the headlights? NOT the side markers. I like the "glow" that results when the turn signal is on. The pic shows what I mean. I think his turn signal was on the pic though

I can't imagine the side parking light to be very effective when being used as a turn signal by itself. Nearly impossible to see from the front.

To the OP...

A. What are smoking and/or how high are you right now?

B. The blue 8 in the picture has extra downforce from the angle of his strakes.

I know there is a DIY out there to rewire the corners to blink, but I have never heard of anyone wanting to make their blinkers not blink. Would not really be a safe idea IMO... the only rewire that might achieve what you're going for (and I have no idea how you would go about doing it because I know very little about wiring) is to make it so that the blinkers would be on at all time, and once you turn on your blinker they would start blinking too. (similar to cobalts or corvettes). I do not think it would be worth it at all but i guess to each their own.

He said "NOT the side markers"... I'm sure he means the front parking lights.
