wont start after shut off
Hey all! For the past 2 winters i've had this problem. I can turn my car on run it for 20 25 minutes turn it off for a few minutes to run in to the store and then come out and the engine wont start right away. it usually takes me about 3-4 tries for the engine to turn over. Any thoughts on what this could be? In the summer I dont have this problem and the car is warmed up before I shut down. I've had a rotary for 16 years and never experienced this kinda problem. Thanks!

Depends how cold out it is? At 50F my car has to be driven under 4k for over 5-6 miles to warm up properly. At 80+ it gets up to temp within 3 miles @ 40mph.
If you are in the North looking at freezing temps good luck with that. I live in FL.
Did you read that owner's manual thing about if it's not full hot yet then run at 3k rpm for 10 seconds, lift foot and turn off when rpm returns to idle. Works for me. That keeps the engine cleared out.
