first off, that woman's face at the end of the video looking in the mirror will give me nightmares for years to come
second, I can't believe it's cheaper for them to replace the glass if the holder is undamaged. That just boggles the mind. It's literally 10 cents worth of plastic but they say to just replace the glass, freaky.
