GForce Chhip 2004 RX8

Purchased and installed a GForce performance chip. They provided the schematic for instillation as my car has a 5 wire harness. Instillation easy; however, immediately the engine check light came on, battery light came on, limited slip light came on. Drove 30 miles, still on. Disconnected. All abnormal lights went off. Reconnected. Same lights. The chip was extremely hot. Removed and placed gently in the trash can.
