Is anyone looking to sell a MazdaSpeed exhaust? Looking to buy one in the near future.

 

Don't bother, there are better options. I have seen two rust so far and here in Texas we don't usually have rust issues.

 

Yea I've heard of some quality issues, but I like the sound of the MazdaSpeed, as I don't want something too obnoxious. The racing beat is heavier and seems to tame, while the borlas sound too loud... do you have any other suggestions?

 

Opinions on sound vary, I'm not a fan of the MS having heard it in person. But then again the welds were cracking on the MS I heard so that may have effected the sound.

Greddy SE, EVOTT, Magnaflow, HKS (twin), and many others are soemwhat subtle but you can always have resonator welded in for $50.00 if the exhaust is too loud. Don't get too caught up on weight unless you track competitively. I doubt the RB weighs much more than the MS and even then it would not be something that would effect performance.

I love my mazdaspeed exhaust, I live in Cali, no rust problems, sounds great, almost perfect, not too quiet, not too loud, can still hear the engine wind but when I drop the gas on the freeway or underpass, the sound is sweet. got it for 450 years ago in a group buy. hope you get one.
