i have 04 with 113k mile 2nd engine car is having a hard start problem dealer says it could be a starter problem of a throttle position switch but have to buy complete throttle body any thoughts or ideas please help

Do you mean a Starter problem
and/or
The throttle position switch

FYI there is a TSB out for an upgrade to the old starters. Short version is the new starter turns the engine over faster.
