little red cilinder appearing after 15 mins drive

ok so i was drivin to work the other day and suddently this little red cilinder appeared on the dash, im guessing its the fans cause whenever that show up the fan starts. what you guys think? below some pics...

cylinder?? haha you do know that this engine is a rotary, right???
Yes, what jon said. Check your owners manual, the get the code verified at an Auto Zone (or similar place that reads codes) and post results here.

Thanks a lot men. If it wasn't for your help i would be clueless. so its the radiator huh? i wonder why though? maybe i need to replace it?

It means your coolant level is low and you need more coolant. If your coolant is fine, it could be your sensor at the bottom of your overflow tank.

edit: your owners manual would tell you this.
